Here, at ELK-Health, we firmly believe that unless the reason for your interest in mindfulness is primarily about Buddhism, then there is one way to begin your journey into becoming mindful that works better than any other: A programme that comprises 8 sessions lasting about 2¼ hours with an additional 6 hour group meeting between Sessions 5 and 7. We call these “8+All-Days”.
